Chicken Biryani recipe in english


                     


INGREDIENTS:

   .Chicken 1/2 kg

   .Rice 1/2 kg

  . Tomatos 2 (normal size)

  .Yogurt 1 cup

  .Turmeric Power 1/2 TSP

 . Red chilli powder 1/2 TBS or To Taste

  . Salt 1/2 TBS or To Taste

  . Coriander powder 1 TBS

 . Ginger garlic paste 2 TBS

  .Green chilli chopped 4-5

  . Onion 1 large

 . Mint Leaves Fresh coriander

 . Onion Fried 1 cup

METHOD

 STEP 1

Take a bowl put chicken .yougart ginger garlic pest biryani masala which you used now marinate it for 2 hours 


STEP 2

Take a deep bottomed pan put one cup of oil wait for hot now put onion and fire until it becomes brown now put garam masala the above mixture on it fired it until the chicken becomes brown, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt green chilli and tomatoes. Now covered it for 15 minutes. After frying it as long it together. your korma is ready 


STEP 3

Take another deep-bottomed pan put 3 glass of water when the water boiled put lemon juice, mint leaves,is zera green chilli and salt boiled it and put wet rice on it. when the rice raw cooked throw the extra water. separated it into two parts the one which is in the pan  put the korma in it and on the other part it put some mint leaves, tomato slices and lemon piece  and the food colour now low the flame and covered it for 15 minutes biryani is ready 

STEP 4

Garnish it with fried onion and coriander leaves serve with raita and salad. Enjoy
