hi let me tell you about few very simple massage moves that you can add to your everyday face massage that will help you to achieve a very nice defined and sculpt prominent cheekbones I'll show you the moves on a dry skin however when you actually do them please make sure that you use some rich cream or oil so you have a really nice Glide with your fingers first move will involve three fingers of both of your hands you'll start at the corner of your mouth and move your hands towards the ear following with the second hand so you'll do something like this the pressure should be on all three fingers however I would say most of it will be on your middle finger I would repeat the full movement one two three four five I will do it around seven or eight times and then do the same on the other side second movement will involve your two pointing finger you'll curl them put them on your nasolabial folds and then

push all of these towards your temples however making sure that actually the pressure is at the end of your finger we are dealing with the nozzle a bell falls in the same time and also we are pushing the fat cushion back to its original place so this is a very multi-purpose move third move you could do would involve your thumb again stamp is the strongest finger of our hand that's why it's so useful for face massageespecially for defining a particular line on our face we would do a very similar move as we did with the first technique we start at the corner of our mouth and then we and then we're pushing it towards the ear this is much more concentrated much more focused stronger move than the first one so if you are looking to achieve the results fast this is the move for you another good move is to fold your hands like this and we're just going to use our knuckles so we place it right on that line that we want to have defined and we are just pressing it or letting our face fall on our hands on our knuckles so we are pressing that line that we want to have defined this also helps to relieve the tension from the muscles that are all the way here in our cheeks helping to really nicely sculpt our lower part of our face another move could involve two of your fingers and again at the line that we want to have a definition we just pinch and my final proposition for defining our cheekbones would work more as a contrast between your
cheekbones and the lower part of your cheeks we would have our hands like this and we're going to be using this part of our hands make sure it's very oily we are pressing our hands right at the corners of our mouths approximately having the line of your hand with the line of your cheekbone and then we are letting our face just to slip gently into our hands so what we're really doing we are pushing all this part of our cheek towards the ear and we're helping to define our jaw as well I would repeat this move maybe six seven times you don't have to use all of these moves atthe same time pick one or two that are your favorite also I always encourage to experiment and see which one actually works for you the best and I would recommend to incorporate it into your daily face massage .
